:-/I can't find out what motor I have and would greatly appreciate some help.Its a diesel im putting in my 84'4x4.The numbers are14022660

I had a look through a bunch of sites, but came up with nothing spectacular other than it's a common 6.2 diesel.
What kind of info are you looking for specifically?

You won't ne anle to find that info just by the casting number on the block.
I'll have to do some digging to find out if the ID numbers on the diesels are in the same areas as the gas engines, and how to decode them.
Let me see what I can come up with...
