Police stop Mini Bus Taxi driver in SA. When the inspect the vehicle they among other found that he was driving with a vice grip. Yes you heard right.
There was no steering wheel, the vice was gripped to the steering column.
PS* he had about 20 people in the taxi when he was stopped.
Can anyone to this?

Actually the regular paved roads here are in overall good condition. Pedestrians stay on the sidewalk where they belong, and so do the vehicles...LOL
Never seen a "vise-grip" steering wheel myself...

You proberly have seen African roads on TV, well our roads are not that bad, we only replace about 2 tire's and a rim on average each year due to potholes. On certain roads they don't bother to fix it anymore, they just put up warning signs that there are "POTHOLES". Tourists must think this "POTHOLES" are a kind of dangerous Indigenous African Animal, wonder if they ever did photograph one...LOL
