I hate to part with it, but I may have to sell my baby . And get an S-10, like I wanted in the first place. Due to rising fuel prices and lack of $$$$, to keep her kept up,( I don't believe in hacking, or rigging to get by). The only thing not stock are the turbo mufflers, and trans temp gauge, and radio, and electric brakes. I would say, the first 10G's to come my way, you could pry her from my death grip. I am the 3rd. owner, the other two were in the same family, (not mine). I will keep ya all posted as to when or where I will post her..........Larry

Aww man that really sucks. Everybody's feeling the pinch of rising gas prices these days and it sure is ridiculous.
Good luck to you getting what you want on it, hope there's a buyer out there for ya!

I am trying very hard not to sell her, but if I got another little runabout, I would not be able to pay ins. on another vehicle. My wife is disabled and I have absolutely no income, at least not until my lawyer gets me my disability, and that could take up to 2 years. I will hold on to her (truck) as long as I can. My mother had a heart attack the other night, not really bad, but she had quad by-pass 9 years ago and her arteries are totally plugged again, and they may have to operate again. I have 40 gallons of gas in my truck, so I will be driving it for awhile yet. I figure, if I have to sell my truck that I could get at least 9,000.00 for it, here in Michigan, because of the fact that it is totally rust free, and the dash is in excellent condition. You've all seen pics of my truck. I will also throw in all the extra parts I have for it, including the old rear axle assembly with the 3.73 in it, new fuel pup (mechanical) headlight bezels (metal) tail lights, front parklamp lenses and bezels, a lower balljoint, I have the original owners manual, interior light ass'y. too many other parts that I can't remember this early in the morning. Remember, I am going to hang onto my truck as long as possible. Wish me luck. I will post it for sale here first, if I do decide to sell her.

thats to bad you might have to get rid of her (truck) : I noticed that you said it it would be hard to pay ins. on both vehicles,. I was on the same boat with 3 trucks untill i found out about broadform ins. the coverage isnt really all that great but it is really cheep and it covers you on anything you drive. Just a sugestion hate to see you get rid of your ride man! good luck with everything
