Hi everybody I just picked up a 76 fleetside longbed c10 that I plan on rednecking up a bit.She is a 350 with auto in a sickly shade of blue(soon to be fixed). I have a question that I hope maybe someone here can answer. I have been to two tire sites and got two different answers to this. What is the biggest tires I can fit on the factory height truck. One place said 32x11.50 by 15 The other said 31x10.50 by 15 So I thought I would ask the folks with the trucks for the answer.

actually to be honest both sites are right your truck will clear both size tires and even bigger if you like big tires.. my 86 and 82 k 10 both cleared 33x 12.50 by 15 with out any rubbing on the fender wells or any of the suspension components. and it was accomplished with a set of your standard chevy six lug rally wheels that measured 15 x 8 so you can clear either of the tires that the sites told you

I had 33x12.50's on my '77 4x4 with only a minor rub issue at a fully locked turn. But, the front springs had some sag to them.
