Ok so ive decided to go with the 42 in tires 3 in body and an 8 in suspention Are there any major modifications? like drive lines?....Axeles?.. should i go to a 3/4 ton? And where do I aquier info on laws in my state?...ive looked everyware and i get diff awnseres.. like headlamp hights and bumper... I know I ask alot but im new to all this lifting stuff.. any info available will help and i thank everyone who has responded Thanx Again WhiteNProud

well with 42 in tires your stock half ton axles wont hold up (personal experience with only 33 in tires and half ton axles) so you best bet is to go with 3/4 or one ton axles. modification wise your going to be getting into alot revamped steering, drive shaft lenghtening and not to mention the insane angles your driveline will be at. and i dont know wich state you live in but your local state pollice should be able to give you the information that you need, but in most states bumper height is your major restriction. if you got any other questions feel free to ask more than glad to help ya out man
