Hey hows everything, I called the dealership the other day to price a set of motor mounts, their price was $254.00, any one else think thats crazy, check this out, I bought another pair at a local parts store and paid $14.00, thats a difference of $240.00, I know its a genuine GM part as they say but what would you pay, surely the cheaper. Can any of you guys and gals just price something small like that in your town, I also checked into the bolts for mounting the box, they wanted $27.00 a bolt, cab mount, $56.00 a mount, Im getting the whole mount kit, cab, rad support, and box bolts from LMC truck for about $225.00 by the time I pay for it and shipping to Newfoundland.
Happy Shopping

Well I think the guy looked up the wrong part. I think he looked up the mount pad to the frame bracket the the motor mount to. for that price . or he did not want your business or maybe he does not know what he doing at all. because the last time I got GM mounts 12 Years ago for a pair was around 22 to 24 buck .

12 yrs ago was a big difference, the guy at GM said the priceses at GM were raised due to the high intrest of these trucks today, still think they are nuts, as for it not beibg the actual mount, I seen a picture of the part and anything connected to it or around it, and read the part number. I think tommorow Ill call a out of Province one to see, who knows

Now the mounting bracket is the part that most time does not rust out if you have a god set drill the rivits out of them, Pry them apart take out the old rubbers buy Energy Suspension ® mounts all you get is the better rubber part that you put in the steel parts twist tie where the rivits where so they stay as one so you can bolt them on.
