To start with the head gasket blowed so I sent it in to be shaved,new valves,seats and guides...Well when they put it back on they could not get the timing right so they pulled the oil pan to see the crank position..He said these engines #1 is in the back so that's how it is set, well the pan gasket blowed big time,oil loss so fast I just did get it shut down but obviously not fast enough, needless to say they had to rebuild the engine at their expense, but ever since I got it back it just has no power like it did before, when I change gears or going along at a certain speed it pops and misses, also this truck should be getting better than 23 mpg.....Any suggestions??? OKaY !!! Never mind, I think a lifter has collapsed anyway !!! I have ordered a Chilton Manual and guess I will fix it myself or get it really screwed up !!!
