For a '76 C10 - Can anyone tell me what the difference is between the turn signal switch for a tilt vs. non-tilt steering column? Some suppliers list the part as for only a non-tilt wheel while some jobbers I called only list one part number with no differentiation. Is there one? Thanks in advance to anyone who replies.

Ok 73-83 have the wiper swith on the dash. Non tilt has different wiring then the Tilt most of the tilt stuff is for tilt only but there is a few parts that are used on both. Like horn buttoncap adapter bushing, horn button retainer cup, Tilt only horn contact ring directional signal cancelling cam. The white cam gear tilt only.
Question do you want tilt get a tilt Column you can use 73-83 with out the wiper switch on the Column.!
