Howdy! My name is Ron and I love 73-87 Chevy trucks. I'm lucky that Linda, my Wife of 29 years, shares this feeling. When we met in 1980, I was driving a 1978 C-10 1/2 ton long bed. Unfortunately it died of salt cancer in 1987, R.I.P.. At present we own four 73-87s that I will describe in later threads. My user name is Unforgiven for a reason. I don't walk the same path as a lot of others. Some folks understand, others don't. Maybe I'll get into that rant at a later thread as well. I hope to make friends with some of you and share what I have learned about these "Slabsides". That's my name for these old trucks. Take care, Ron
