Does anyone know the bore widths for the 292 I6.
I have it as 98.43 for bore width.
What ring groves does the original Man Supplied pistons have;
2.00x2.00x4.75 or
1.60x1.60x4.75
Want to replace the rings as the V8 I have planed are not on the lift as yet? The guy at the part shop want to know about the ring groves, and all I could tell him was "How the hell would I know, but I know some guys who must know something?"
PS, What could I replace while I am in there witch would not be to expensive as the V8 could become an reality within 2 months to 1.5 years?
Paint job are my 1 priority as my Engine, expert for its lack in power, are not in bad shape at all. Would rather change the Diff ratio before getting the V8.
