The gauge on bottom of dash to the right of electric trailer brake is the trans. temp. gauge. I was also very impressed by the cleanliness of the interior. Engine compartment is just as clean and organized also. Every light in or on the truck functions properly, except after market underhood light, But I have several OEM G.M. lights, so I will put one of mine under there.

Yes it is all stock, with the exception of the modified snorkle on the air cleaner. As you can maybe see, the air snorkle has been fitted with a homemade one and had a large diameter RAM air cloth a spiral spring hose added. They removed manifold stove and tube also, preheater for cold weather driving. Hope I don't have problems with carb Icing this winter. The A/C does work, but has real slow leak somewhere, it has been upgraded to R-134A refrigerant system. I noticed the other day that right smack dab in the middle of the compressor on the pulley shaft, a little bit of oil.... hmmmmmmmm.... I wonder what it is.........

Thanks for all the kudo's guys, I will go pick it up on Monday. It is stored in a friends 8 car garage. It is sharing quarters with, 1951 Chevy Deluxe 2 door hardtop ( 853 ) made, 1954 Chevy Belair, 1949 Buick Dynaflow, 1963 shorty Chevy pickup, 1978 Monte Carlo with only 13 documented miles on odometer, 1954 Buick road hog, oops roadmaster? Da big one with portholes on fenders, and same type of vehicle, but Kansas State Highway patrol car. I know that these other vehicles are gonna miss my truck. Oh yeah, forgot to mention, his dailydriver is a 1996 Caprice Classic.

It is only 5 above here right now and windchill is 30 below zero, I will have to wait for warmer day. But I will oblige ya with the photos. I was going to reglue the headliner this past fall, and when I removed the upper front headliner interior molding, I found 4 Ziebart plugs in upper windshield brace, yes that is why my exterior surround of the windshield is NOT rusted out! very good thinking on former owners part. The former owner's dad had a 1976 big 10, and told his son where to get Ziebart installed..Smart dad and son. As I have said before, The interior is like brand new, no wear on the seats, carpeting, dash, etc. Looks like he must have had gun rack screwed to rear window moldings, there are some screw holes consistant with that. Maybe he had a curtain assembly there. Will ask him this year.
