can I reuse my intake gaskets if I have only run the engine for about a half an hour? :shrug:

I wouldn't risk it.
Especially if you are running an aluminum intake. They need a good gasket to ensure the proper clamp load around the coolant and intake ports.
I use Fel-Pro 1256 Printoseal intanke gaskets on my SBC engines.

how about pipe taping the intake bolts? will this keep oil from leaking onto my intake?

I use liquid teflon pipe sealer from Permatex on all the intake bolts.
This will stop the oil from wicking up the 2 center bolts on each side and making a pool of oil on your intake.
