Does anyone know where to get a set of very long mud flaps? I have looked at all of the auto prts stores here and the specialty places like JEGS and JCW but cannot seem to find any that are long enough. My truck has a 12" lift with 38" tires and here in Cali we have to have the bottoms of our mud flaps be even with the middle of the axle. I don't want to use brackets to extend them if I don't have to.

What about getting mudflaps from a semi, and making them narrower? I think they're about 24" from top to bottom, that just might do it...

No problem, it might just work. You might have to get to a truck stop to find them, your local parts house probably won't have them.

What would you guys suggest using for mounting brackets? The fender aren't wide enough for that big of a flap.

I used the stuff you use to mount grage door openers on my j-10 with 39,s it was solid, they never posed an issue. :askick:
