high works when i run wire from blower motor to batterie but not at all from inside the cab

OK, so it's probably not a resistor problem.
Let me look through my manuals to see where the circuit feed is and I'll get back to you.

it's either the resistor or the relay, they are both located on the evaporator box or heater box under the hood. Trace the purple wire from the blower the the relay and if its not that then trace the wires from that to the resistor that is screwed into the box. Pull it out and see if the coild are in tack. I'm thinking if a blown fuse isn't the problem then check those other two things out.
