I replaced my drivers window & regulator with another from a junk yard. The window rolls up & down just fine without the door panel on, but for some reason when i put the door panel back on & try to roll down the window it pops out of the track & I have to take it all back apart again. It has all of the bolts back in that I took out when replacing the window.
Any suggestions?

I figure either one of the guides is bent, or not secured to the door.
I changed my drivers window last week after slamming the door and blowing the window out... LOL

So have you tried take off the inner ferrel of the door panel,to see if it is coming up in the center. As Chevelle_69 said one might be bent or not lined up just right, or the ferrel clip is pressing to much on the window . The ferrel keep the window snug & in place on the inside one. Are you making sure your putting it in the right place when replacing the Panel. Some times when replacing the Panel it may go in wrong place but looks right,( to close the the window channel making it hard to roll up window or pop it out).

Well the track I'm talking about is the window channel closest to the door latch inside the door. Is there an easy way to put these windows in. I had one heck of a time trying to get it to fit with the vent window in the door.

Nope, as big as that door is, you still have to wrestle with it to get it in both tracks. That rear track should be bolted to the inside of the door. Has the brace broken off or the bolt fallen out?
