[glow=green,2,300]So last night before I went to the bar, I drained my tranny fluid.(like three drops) I didn,t notice but I appearantly was lying in the scene of the murder and had truck blood all up in my hair. So I washed my hair this morning,(wife is mad about pillow case) and seems to honestly have greater shine and bounce . ......... :hbanging:[/glow]

While I have used tranny fluid in the past as a product to remove oxidation from old paint, I have never thought about using it as a hair care product. Oh, guess what my vote was....

Tranny juice story- My buddy and i were out wheelin one night. On our way home we smelled tranny fluid a few miles down the road it started shooting juice through the transfer case shifter boot in the foor and it was hitting the roof and dripping on us.Had to get the truck home so stopped at the next gas station and bought about 8 qaurts to get us home.We made it but it looked like we murdered someone. :-[Amazing what you can do in 4 lo at about 7000 rpms fueled with Bud Ice.It split the 350 turbo right down the middle of the top of trans. Well, since tranny fluid has anti foaming agents in it, I'm curious to know if the shampoo you used actually made any lather....?

Lemme guess, you just use a shop rag and some brake parts cleaner when you need to clean up? Never done that before.....

I had very long hair when I started working on cars and I did something of the same thing. I pulled the drain bolt out while laying directly under it. Myhair was caked it tranny fluid and dirt. It didnt come out very easily but it did work better than my normal conditioner. I think the reason it stayed shiny is because it was so greasy.

My grandpa used to use it like brillcream (hair grease). He said it saved money and made his mom mad about the laundry.
