Ive been re rebuilding a new cab for my truck over the last little while and its almost finished but im not to sure what the best way is to put the trim piece on that goes around the back of the cab. I took the piece off my old cab and found that it had little pieces sticking out of the cab to hold the plastic clips. But... my new cab doesn't have these....wat should i do to put the cab strip on...... an good ideas?

The proper molding stud would be better any body shop can do it for you. Should not cost much.
