Not sure if this is the right area to post this or not? Anyway, I have those slider type rear windows on the side glass on my Blazer top. I want to replace them with solid glass for a cleaner look. Has anyone done this before? Is it a pain in the ass or should I have a automotive glass shop do it? I'll probably get brand new seals, as I think the solid glass takes a different seal anyway. Thanks in advance. Mike

I'm guessing it is like the rear window on my pickup...All I did was pry at the rubber and push the window out...

I remember my friend replacing the rear glass on his 78 K10. He used a thin rope when re-installing it. Wrapped it around the seal, pressed it up against the window opening and had someone pull the rope out from around the seal. Just wondering if it's the same type of seal system or not. ? Thanks, Mike
