need some help i was told that i can use leaf springs from a suburban to lift my 73 k5 im not sure what years i can use or has any one out there done this and how much will i get as far a lift doing this helpp

know you can swap in some k-5 rear springs in the front of your k-5. There is a article on coloradok5.com/52inchspringswap.shtml that explains it. it nets 4-4.5 inches of lift and provides great flex. then you can flip your rear shackles to complete the lift.
