hello, new to board, didnt know this existed, wish I did.
Have an 86 Silverado all restored, did it all myself, will post pics and details later. My last step is my power locks dont work.
Nothing, no noise, nothing when I move switch. Tried new switches, new fuse/amp, etc. I cant find wiring diagram, and actually and idiot on that, got lucky and all my wirinig worked great.
Need help on common cuases, how to test, etc?
Other note, I bought Silvanias HID "almost" lights. I have the 4 headlight setup, but now on low, both sides shine ok the upper ones, switch to high, and only one side lights up. I imagine its because its a bigger draw and need a better harness? It said plug in replacement, dont think its a ground, checked all those adn wiring looks good.
