Is it a single back window ? . If it's a rubber gasket , it just pop's out work at one of the corners on the in side all the way around, in side and out side when you get the window half out start to take the rubber gasket off the window side the window out . ( tools some kinda wood round tip flat pieces wood making your own or buying one ) take your time go slow some time the old hard rubber hard to start . The rubber fits like a U on the steel frame of the glass with a up side down U on the window cab steel frame.

If the glass is not urethaned in, and has the rubber like Pontiac said. Get yourself a helper and a long piece of parachute type rope. Next put the rubber back on the window, Then put the rope into the channel in the rubber and leave the tag ends overlapping each other in the middle of the width of the rubber. Next, set the glass into the bottom part of the cab with the tag ends inside the cab, have your helper hold the glass there from the outside. Next, start pulling the rope from around the rubber slowly while your helper follows with their hand, if they apply too much pressure, then it will be too hard to pull. VERY IMPORTANT! Take your time! As you are pulling on the rope, you will see that the rubber is coming up over the flange and where it is supposed to be. The corners are a B___h ! After rubber is pulled in and rope is out of the rubber, go outside the cab, and with an open hand, slap the glass into place to seat it.
