Sky manufacturing also makes the kit. Good prices can be found on ebay as I learned from Miss goodwrench. I found one for 54 bucks as they retail from 200 to 350. :drunk:

We use Craigslist.org here for somethings. I think it is local but it does list things by area so check it out. Also keep an eye on the Jegs, JC Whitney, And Summit cataloges. They have sales that are just as good as ebay sometimes. Beware of craigslist though. things are cheap and your yard could end up looking like mine really quick!

i was thinking about lifting my truck and using a shackle flip instead of blocks to be able to use a heavier spring in the back of my 86 but my only question is how well will this setup work when pulling a goosneck trailer? do any of you have any experience with using a lifted truck and pulling a goosneck trailer?

You'd probably need something like a duck neck trailer lol. I'd say to compensate for the lift, you'd have to shorten up the neck by four or five inches... That's just a guess though.

I am doing my own shackle flip on my truck. it looks like this
Just cut out the bottom of the bracket enough to fit the shackle through so it can move freely..
