The rain gutters above the door located on the roof of a 1983 c10
Does anyone know what they are called? Or where to get them?

There called drip rails try E-bay scrap yard, are the to first that come to mind. Not sure if LMC still has them.
If they are on your truck and not to bent, they might need to re-sealed but do not over tighten the screws.

The ones on there where crushed beyond repair.
