the lift kit was off a suburban that i modified i little and i got the axels off my dads old truck. The biggest issue i had was the pinion angle cause the blazers so short. But nothing 8 degree shims, a t-case drop kit, extended drivelines, and some bad arss u-joints didnt fix! it has been a hell of a project learned alot building this thing and im still not done! (dont think ill ever be done so much to do lol) but thats how projects go. Thanks for all the feedback guys AND ROCK ON CHEVY!

sorry ben away from the computer for a while. firts off yes it is a 12" suspension lift and 3" body. Here is a list step by step on how i built my blazer hope it helps and good luck with your prodject!
1. disconect all brake lines, drive lines, schocks,e-brake, and steering arm
2. set chaulks in front tires jack up the rear truck and set jack stands under the frame in front of your rear tires so that your axel is hanging (your gonna need tall stands or blocking for a big lift)
3. set a floor jack under the rearend and lift it up to compress the leaf springs. Then unbolt the u-bolts and carfully lower the axel to the ground
4. Unbolt your leaf springs and install new ones (try to stay away from block lifts if your gonna go wheeling all spring is better) i used 8* shims for proper driveline angle 5. lift your axel back upand reinstall u-bolts your leaf spring kit should provide you with new u-bolts make sure everything is lined up properly. repet for front making sure your steering arm is disconected
6. after the truck is back on the ground youll need have your drive lines extended and buy extended brake lines and of course bleed your brake system. oh yeah and larger shocks. i also droped my t-case 1 1/2" to help driveline angle
7. For the steering arm i used a 4" drop draglink and a 6" raised steering arm works just fine but crossover steering is better but more expensive
8. the body lift is pretty straight forward and should include instructions you will need to have your shift linkage extended for the 3" lift ialso installed new body mounts since they were shot anyway
i think thats about it if you have any questions let me know and agian good luck and keep me posted
