I noticed you mentioned a 700r4 with shift kit, but these trannys don't need a shift kit. If you get the corvette servos for them it will shift hard and fast. If you want real hard the get the billet servos. Just keep in mind that a stock 700r4 is only good for up to about 300 hp. Any thing more than that you need a good performance rebuild or buy one from a good shop already modified. 700r4.com/trans/ and www.transmissioncenter.net/highperf700r4.htm?gclid=CN_36ayPz5ECFQSSkgodmxiNzQare 2 good places to get a good modified tranny from. I can speak from personal experience that the 2nd link makes them good. I helped a friend put one of these in an 85 with a 383 stroker with 4.10 gears. This is just some advice on 700's. If you have any questions about these trannys feel free to ask me, I know alot about them except actually rebuilding them.

There a few things have done to my truck, I was tired of looking at factory a/c box since it cluttered the fire wall and I didn't have a/c and the heater didn't work so I replaced it with summit Mojave heater, and also at the same time I added a ez2 wire harness since my old harness was shot and probably would of caught my truck on fire and the my truck set up to high so I replaced hd 2" djm drop coils for ground force coils
