My appologies, my appologies. I'm fresh meat ! But anyways, thanks for modifying the site a little to help with my ghetto connection, it's helped quite a bit. I know what you mean by some of the people in these forums becoming like family. Usually, those who actually reply to your posts are the ones that seem to come back and reply again, regardless of how ridiculous the post may seem (which includes about .. 100% of mine). Thanks again for the wonderful new site.

I have a 78 Chevy K5 4x4 Blazer 350ci, auto tranny that has a 6" lift with 33" tires. It is now my doner car. I went BIGGER! I now am the proud owner of a 1985 Chevy K10 4x4 Blazer with a 12" Lift 38" Tires and alot of chrome. They both are pains in my rear because of smog, but the 85 is on it's way. Only bought them cause the price was right. My baby is my 1968 Chevy Camero LT1. My dad ordered it in 67 out of a factory catalog. Corvette everything from the radiator back. 327ci 4 speed saginau. My summertime fun! And yes, behind all this testosterone is a fine young woman!

Welcome to the Chevy Shop. Sounds like you have the makings of some good Blazers. I have always been fond of them. I had an 83 GMC with the 6.2 desiel engine that I regret getting rid of. I am sure you are proud of the Camaro also. It's a pleasure to have a woman aboard that is into wrenching as much as us guys are.

My truck is a 1976 Chevy C-10 Scottsdale fleetside pickup that I am doing a little work to get it looking good again. I bought the truck in 1997 and driven daily.Nothing fancy but its mine. The only major work I have done to it was put in a new motor.Right now I am trying to work on the body. Someday she will be looking good. THauler :flip:

I am doing similar with me truck. I am fixing everything up like I want and leaving the body last. This way I wont scratch up the paint doing other work to it. Besides its fun beating other vehicles in a truck that looks really rough. :hbanging:

My blazer was hit while sitting in my parents driveway. The guy that hit it was doing 40mph. Now I am doing extensive work to the truck putting 14 bolt rear on it and looking for a dana 60 front for a good deal. The whole truck wull be pretty much brand new by the time I am done.

Hello all, here is a little history on my truck... 1973 Chevrolet swb 2wd fleetside. It is currently in the reassembly stages of it body off rodstoration. It is lowered 4/5 and will be running Weld Pro Stars. It is powered by a 468 big block, 700r4, and a 4.10 geared 12 bolt posi. The interior is tan with autometer Ultralight gauges, B&M floor shifter, Grant GT wheel, and a late model 40/20/40 seat. Exterior wise, it has had the emblems, trim, TG handle, cab seam, firewall, gas door, and cargo light shaved. To see more, go to my website linked below in my sig.

The late 70's had my favorite grille treatments, I like the round lights and white signals with amber bulbs. I changed my old '77 4x4 to those types of signals.
