I have got a th350 with a short tail shaft. I need a torque conv. I noticed there are different sizes {"}. what size conv. do i need or does it matter.
Also i have a stock cam and basically stock motor expect for weiand intake, headers, and 4 bbl holley. What kinda stall am i looking for. Thanks guys

The smaller size torque conv. are higher stall performance ones. If your running basically stock set up the stick with a stock conv. You will get better gas mileage with this one also.

There is a significant difference in price also. I used to work in a parts store a few years ago, and at the time I think a stock converter for a TH350 was under $50. My B&M Holeshot 2400 stall was a little over $300. I have a 700R4, but I think a stall converter for a TH350 is nearly as much.
700R4 + 2400 stall + 4.10 gears + 15-20mph punch = ;D
