Hey there, I just posted a few pics of my project truck and thought i would also put out some info on the motor I have put together. It started life as a new GM 4 bolt crate motor that promptly had it's internals modified. Since this will be a street truck, I did not go totally wild, however I am running 9:1 compression with TrickFlow Twisted Wedge 2.02 heads, a Comp Cams grind sporting 480 lift and 230 duration. Full roller rockers and an Erson gear drive. To top it off I have an Edelbrock Air Gap intake, Demon 750 Blow Through carb, and a Procharger F1 Supercharger that will be intercooled and running 10 pounds of boost. Should be a ton of fun! Behind all that I am planning to run a Tremec TKO 600 to my 12bolt w/3.73 posi rear. According to my dyno software, I should be in the neighborhood of 500+ hp at the crank. Here is a pic of the motor so far.

Nice!!!
You'll have to play around with Cobra's and Lightning's, or C6's and modded F-bodies to have any competition.
Definitely need to post a vid when you get that beast running!

Absolutely beautiful! I would dag nabbit near wanna hang that thing above the fireplace! j/k
I would be afraid to ask how much $$$ is invested, but hey, you wanna play, you gotta pay!
Any plans with the suspension on the truck? Is it gonna be mostly for drag racing, street/strip, or just hammer it and try to keep it on the road?
